What's it all about alffi?

With the announcement that my professional training body, EXTEND Exercise Training, was to close from December 2021 I decided to put my 28 years of experience to ensure continuing professional development (CPD) was available, affordable and accessible to all its teachers, and the wider exercise community, by setting up alffi.

CPD training is paramount to augment knowledge and practises to ensure the highest standard for our classes. The aim of alffi is to deliver lectures by professionals that educate and inform. They will target anatomy, physiology, movements and exercises of a particular body part or function, common pathologies and medical conditions.

These are delivered on a Zoom platform of between 45mins to 60mins long with added Q & A. Post lectures, the videos will be edited, usually Q&A removed and placed in the video library.

Just email alffi.adm@gmail.com to express an interest.
